Thomas and Friend's Percy locomotive flashlight that talks. He is made from plastic and he has a tough strong handle that is the steam coming out of his chimney. On the handle there is a green button that you press and this makes Percy talk and hid face lights up, if you keep holding the button his face light will stay lit up otherwise it shuts off after a few moments. Percy say a few phrases and makes some train whistle sounds too. The flashlight runs on 3AA batteries which are included. The flashlight is 17cm in length by 9.3cm wide by 189.5cm tall.
