(ONLY CHICKEN IS FOR SALE)This is a sweet Vintage Almost Life Size Heavy Chalkware Painted Chicken. She is made of very thick chalk and painted. The Chicken is quite old, and the paint has mellowed to a nice patina. See photos. Great Easter decoration. Condition good. Paint secure. No cracks or breaks. There is a very old chip on the front chest, which does not detract. See photo. It may have occurred in the molding process, because it appears to have been there a long time. One other small chip on a wing. See photo. She stands approximately 13" high and 9" wide. Easter is coming, and she would look so cute with your seasonal decorating.
