50 caliber (1/2 inch ,0.500") 1018 cold rolled steel black powder smooth banded handgonne barrel, classic medieval period style. Your buying the barrel, a length of 3/4" dowel and a steel pin for attaching to a shaft, the shaft in picture is not included but easily made from a yard tool handle etc. .Barrel measures 7 & 1/2 inches long ,the bore is 1/2 inch by 5 inches deep, the mounting hole is 1.500 inches deep by 0.740 inches for a tight fit on the short attachment dowel supplied or a turned shaft end.
