This dress is such a cute cut with a sweetheart bust and very flowy rest of the dress. The bust is padded and the dress is strapless. Right under the bust on each side of the dress there is a see through netted window. The bust is a really pretty black that flows into a royal blue and black striped pattern for the remainder of the dress. The royal blue is a very stunning and beautiful. It is a very cute dress as the very bottom of the dress is shorter up front and longer in the back. The dress is a slip over style dress. Take a look at the pictures as it is hard to try to describe. This self of the dress is made out of 100% polyester. The contrast is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The rest of the dress is 100% polyester for that comfy feel.
