Vintage Art Deco Reverse Paint Glass Picture Frame wave edge 11X13 /7X9 picture - $24 - (Afton, OK)

Paper back attached by corner screw-nuts. edge is cut with waves the foil silver edge trim is chipping away and the paper stand has broken off see pictures. Measurement of frame in entirety is 11X13 inch. the opening for frame of picture is 7X9. glass is heavy 1/8 inch thick.
