Kathy A. Wittman is a retired college teacher who considers herself to be a life-long learner. She is determined to develop her potential as an artist and writer during her "golden years". She is currently enrolled as an art major at the University of Wyoming. This ink drawing, called Bless the Children, depicts a still life, with a baby doll, surrounded by an odd assortment of objects. The title was inspired by the praying hands in the foreground. The 11" X 14" black matte accents the contrasting values in this picture.
