Large and legeantly graceful ancient Hellenic Greek parcel molded terracotta head bust of a goddess, perhaps Artemis, Aphrodite, Demeter or Persephone. Surface mainly covered with thin layer of accretionary greyish earthen deposit material demonstrating it had resided in a fairly moist environment until discovered in early to 20th century. Ex; in a private collection 1950s. Ex: Private collection 1990s. It is fairly heavy for its size. Condition as shown in photos. Dimensions: ~5-1/4" x 4-1/2" x 2-1/2". ~ 768.7 grams.
