Claremont Cooking Show - Dinner from the Barefoot Contessa - Claremont Inn and Winery - Sat March 9 at 2:00PM Something New Is Cookin’ at the Claremont Inn & Winery! The Claremont Cooking Show! eat… drink… laugh… learn… Entertaining with the Barefoot Contessa We love Ina - and we are going cook some of her best!!! A new style of cooking class – semi-participation – which means the instructor does the majority of the class demonstration style, but calls up students to help out at different times during the class. In these new style classes everyone gets to see all of the recipes made and those who want to be hands-on can get in the act as well and those who prefer to sit back and sip a glass of wine can do that too! These Claremont Cooking Show Classes will start at 2PM on scheduled Saturdays and last about two hours. Each class will have a specific topic and menu with three or 4 recipes that will be completed during the class.
