Kasto Model EBS 320 AU Although not as fast as band sawing, this machine just keeps on cutting straight and true endlessly. We have often simply left it running while we all went home for the evening. Set the parts counter for auto shutoff and fine tune the desired length with the push of a button. For manual cutting, the clamp and feed up can all be ran by hand. The machine comes with four very stout material support stands that have survived many dropped bars. You will note in the photos, the machine and stands are located on top of some heavy channels. This was for drop convenience and the channel will not be shipped with the machine. These Machines are designed to cut both thick and thin walled profiles and solids either manually or automatically. By means of the operator’s console, the complete automatic cycle can be made in less than one minute. Due to the arc and hydraulically controlled downfeed, a single pitch blade of 4 tpi is used when cutting nearly all shapes. The saw combines four cutting speeds with infinitely variable cutting pressure. Also included is a build in blade tension indicator which will stop the machine if the blade breaks or is outside the proper operating range.
