Item is new old stock and a part that is no longer available it comes with the chain adjustment screw inside the cover this is for only 1 cover and you will not receive a brake flag with it however I can provide you with one at additional cost pm me for details. Again this is oem jonsered new old stock part # was on the tag its # 504 59 00-25 you will receive one of the two pictured chain cover and to my knowledge has been NLA for quite a while now but if I'm wrong please somebody let me know I'm by no means an expert.
