A pair of FINE circular gilt vitrine cabinets of the Edwardian/ Belle Epoque period circa 1890-1910Price is for the pair. The cabineters are made in a transitional Louis XV-Louix XVI style, each with modified cabriole legs, the gilt surfaces with applied neoclassical moldings of garlands and tapering floral and foliate emblems, etc. Each is fitted with one curved door opening to a cabinet lined on the bottom with plum velvet, with one glass circular shelf. The top has an inset beveled glass panel. $10,000.00" The cabinets are of very good quality for its age, with only some minor gesso gold loss in a few minor places, and a few rosettes are missing, but not too noticeable.
