Anafaze multiloop systems controllers for legacy units since some of the factories no longer support or repair their controllers in this ad I am offering a 12 loop controller Anafaze controller type for semiconductor machines Lam Research plasma systems Anafaze 22540-00 / LAM 666-033100-003 with the GFI's on the front which is the last current model produced by the factory .This unit is tested and calibrated as the factory tested them (I used to build these when they were in full production, I still repair and calibrate them) 1 year limited warranty. This is a spare be sure to have the unit installed by persons educated in the industry for proper installation and operation. I am only accepting Canada and US bidders. I do apologize for this inconvenience If international bidder still want to purchase at this time they will have to have a US based purchasing person to bid win and pay for the item in US funds with a US address I can ship to.
