HELP 1930-40s ALUMINUM Monark silver king aiac Mecadural Vintage Antique Bicycle - $9,999 - (Langdon, ND)

NOT FOR SALE I'm trying to identify this Aluminum bicycle so I can restore and estimate value so I don't go too far in a restoration. also trying to identify which parts may or may not be original...for instance front rim appears to be a clincher type and the rear is not but both have same make hubs and same very thin spokes... Any info appreciated.
