This call has only been used once. The original one I bought I sent in for warranty work and they shipped back a brand new one to me. The call has 400 sounds programmed, a decoy that plugs into the unit, remote control, USB cable, and all other cables plus extra cables from the original unit I had. Also an extra decoy. Uses AA batteries for the main unit and decoy, 9v battery for the remote control. Comes in its own hard carrying case. Everything works as it should.
