Antique D.R. Dingwall Winnipeg, Gilded & Porcelain Alarmed Carriage Clock 1800s - $2,800 - (Langford, BC)

For your approval: This rather Rare Antique D.R. Dingwall Carriage Clock with Alarm and a French movement. Made in Winnipeg Canada in the 1800s. The handle is rather unique as it is reminiscent of an Oriental arch. Beautiful Cutting on the Body Face of the clock and nice Porcelain Dial face on both the time and the alarm. The clock comes with a dual winding and setting key (one side for the Alarm the other for the hour). Clock works like a charm and yes the Alarm works great to. It has an 8 day movement so once a week is fine to wind it up. If you forget to wind it and it stops, just wind it up and give it a little twist with the wrist, holding onto the handle and voila it starts up. body of the clock is about 4.5" x 3" x 2" weight is a solid 2 lbs. 2.5 oz.
