Build-All Corp Stainless Steel Parts Washer Degreaser Hot Tank Cleaner - $4,500 - (Bay City, MI)

I have a great parts washer in working condition, that can be used to clean large to small parts. Cleaner has 220f Capability and timer for max 59 minutes. 220Volt, 60 Hz 70 Amp Single Phase. As you can see this is a large tank opening 48" x 29" x 50" Deep. The exterior footprint is roughly 50" x 72" x 67" (Top of the Motor with door closed) this accounts for plumbing and electrical boxes etc. We made a stand that is currently on the floor and is 12" tall to keep items being washed out of the sediment that will settle on bottom of tank (38" deep to stand). We placed parts into custom baskets (not included) and we lifted them in and out of the cleaner. Used as a hot tank to remove dirt and grime from various parts prior to welding operations. Tank holds around 150 gallons of solution, we used water based detergent and washer system worked great. heating the wash water to approx 180 degrees f and circulating the solution for about 15 minutes, parts came out clean.
