A wonderful tintype photographed which shows a young boy standing outdoors with his black mixed dog seated on a stool next to him. The image has several creases but displays well. Tintype Size: 2 1/2" x 37/8" The chart below shows tintype plate sizes. The majority of the tintype photographs you find will not match any of the sizes below. Photographers and clients would crudely trim images to fit into albums or frames.
