Rare Horace Sawyer Yonkers Ny Survey Compass - $4,350 - (Keokuk, IA)

We are pleased to offer this vintage survey compass by Sawyer of Yonkers Ny. 7 inch dial. Appears to be in original wooden case. Lid of wooden case is loose. We did not get a dust cover, but i believe it did not come with one. We feel this was mfg after the separation of Sawyer & Hobby. All item seen in images will be included in sale. Glass is clear. Horace Sawyer was born in Bolton, Massachusetts in 1811 and died in 1889.
