Absolutely Beautiful Ladies Diamond Engagement Ring Nearly One Hundred Years old and just as Beautiful Today.... This is a stunning Art Deco Diamond and Sapphire Engagement ring. The top and sides show its beautiful hand crafted edging and mill work. The amazing attention to detail with this Engagement ring is second to none, the finest quality. This would be the perfect gift for that special someone or make a brilliant addition to your vintage collection. It contains a total of 24 round diamonds and 4 triangle cut blue sapphires. The ring contains the following: TWO (2) larger Old European cut diamonds and Two (2) round single cut diamonds in the center section of the ring. One diamond measures 4.66mm estimated at 0.42 carat and One measures 4.40mm, estimated as 0.38 carat. The two smaller stones are 1.7mm mellee diamonds, about 0.04 carat total weight. There are also Twenty mellee ,various size, round diamonds single cut, going down shank -Ten on each side in two rows of five: 4=2.0mm, 4=1.9mm, 4=1.8mm, 4=1.75mm and 4=1.6mm all single cut diamonds, a little more than half a carat (0.54) tcw on these 20 diamonds alone. All the diamonds are graded as H color and VS2 clarity. Total carat weight of all diamonds estimated as 1.46 carats. The ring also contains two smaller triangle Blue Sapphires on north and south of the ring that measure 2.17mm high, point to flat and 3.28 mm wide, point to point, and a larger triangle 4.8mm long 1.81mm wide down the shank, and an identical blue sapphire on the opposite shank. This sapphire alone is chipped (See Picture) In reality, TCW is actually slightly higher than those stated. Full measurement would require removing stones from their setting.
