Vintage and rare 1980 Jeb's helmets factory produced Clay Regazzoni Formula 1 spec driver replica helmet. This helmet was produced in very limited numbers by Jeb's and is not a reproduction or a modern "tribute" helmet. It was built in April of 1980 according to tagging in the same year that Clay Regazzoni was involved in a career ending wreck in Long Beach California which left him paralyzed from the waist down. The helmet is in very good overall original condition with some scratches and scuffs from use (SEE PHOTOS). The liner material and padding is in very good condition as well with some sun fading to the material. Decals are in fairly good condition and mostly intact for 36 plus years old with a few spots of scuffs, cracks, and some edge peeling. Helmet size is tagged as 7 1/2 or 60 CM metric. The clear face shield visor has numerous small age and stress cracks and cleaning scratches. I am basing this description of this helmet on what I was told by a collector and I am not an expert so please do your own research before purchasing.
