Civil Engineer - Senior Program Manager - (Raritan, NJ)

Permanent position for a Civil Engineer to work as the Senior Program Manager overseeing a staff of project engineers for water and wastewater construction projects. Manage and support the delivery of projects and programs to ensure quality, and on-schedule and on-budget completion. Actively manage the project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome of assigned projects to ensure projects are on-schedule and on budget. Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage and meet expectations. Develop internal relationships to support the overall growth and success of the company's engineering and operations groups. Provide technical assistance to staff and clients in resolving problems. Define and implement project scope and plans in accordance with the contract terms, client's needs, and the company's offerings from prospect development through project planning, execution and closeout. BS Civil or Structural Engineering PE license required Min 10yrs background with high-level project management.
