Insurance Team Manager Auto Claims - (Springfield, MA)

You will successfully lead and develop a team of Claims Adjusters in the investigation and timely disposition of both Personal and Commercial claims. This includes Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection and Material Damage claims. Select, train and develop an effective high performing team. Provide direction, coaching, set expectations and manage the performance of the team. Conduct performance appraisals, recommend salary adjustment, and promotions. Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality work from direct reports.Successfully lead operation and team and make change in process, procedures and structure to optimize resources and achieve business goals. Analyze claim file, management details and provide guidance to unit employees on investigations, appraisals, liability, coverage and settlement techniques. Collaborate with managers, examiners, insureds, claimants and attorneys to investigate and settle claims.
