Gold mining equipment Reichert Spiral Mineral Deposits Limited concentrator - $300 - (Ennis, MT)
Reichert mineral spirals --These work excellent for both placer and hard rock gold recovery. Especially in regards to "fine gold" recovery unites. I've used expensive tables, jigs, chemicals (floatation) etc.. Spirals are the way to go if you really want to run some dirt. Can handle an enormous amount of material. -Can be used for many other mineral/mining applications. Used extensively in coal mining. Recoveries of up to 99+% when used for mercury extraction. -Some of the main benefits: No moving parts. Light weight compared to the amount it can process. Small footprint. Ease of just adding more spirals to your operation if you'd like to increase the yards per hour or have a higher concentration ratio.-The process is simple. Classify your material, add water, pump slurry to top of spiral. As the slurry moves down the spiral, the particles with heavier specific gravity will inevitably work their way towards the center wall of the spiral. A common operation would take 3 cuts at the discharge end of the spiral. 1st cut on the inner wall will have all the heavy cons and go straight to the smelter or finishing tables. Cut #2 is sent to get reprocessed at the beginning of your circuit to ensure all heavys have been removed. Cut # 3 is sent to the tailing pile. The more spirals you have, the better. Can be set up many ways depending on what you want to achieve. Check them out online and see what they can do. These are 10 feet in length. Selling them for $300 each. I have 14 mineral spirals total. I live in Ennis, Montana 59729. Can deliver to Montana, Wyoming, Utah, or Idaho if you help pay the gas. Thanks for looking. Mike
