60" diameter full Kaplan turbine and 225 KW generator. The turbine main housing has a 33" diameter and an height of 18", with a blade width of 12".Blade adjustment was accomplished via a 11/4 rod through the generator and turbine shafts using a 500 lb actuator. Each trunion shaft has in inner bearing, bronze thrust washer, another bearing, another bronze thrust washer then a grease/water seal. The turbine weighs 4,000 pounds and was previously coupled to a 375kw 240 rpm synchronous generator.The vertical induction generator is a 440 rpm, 600v, 3 phase unit. Generator was belt driven from the turbine shaft via a 48" 5v sheave to a 24" sheave on the generator. A capacitor bank corrected the power factor to 98.This sale includes all the controls, contactors, shafting, couplings, thrust bearing, transformer to reduce 600v to house voltages for ancillary operation, and Omron Plc.The only articles removed from the powerhouse were the hydraulics for wicket gate operations and two power supplies.
