Share a Clean, Quiet Condo at a Great Location! - $700 - (East Windsor, CT)

I am looking for a room mate (female preferred) to share a really nice condo which is very clean, quiet with a country setting at a wonderful location! East Windsor, (Off rt5 and quick access to 91) My current  long time room mate is moving and I have a lg (13 1/2 x15) private UNFURNISHED bedroom with 2 large closets with a view available!.There is one and half baths, clean washer and dryer, lg deck, new windows, central A.C, parking, fully equipted kitchen, some storage. I am very laid back female, however I like things tidy and clean. I work full time and when I'm not working I keep very busy. I love anything nature, cooking, plants, art, music (Artist type) When I am home, I clean, cook, do art, read and I like movies.  Must be employed and I I would like references and Security Deposit .$700 per month (utilities seperate and shared).  Available : December 1st. *pictures and more details apond request.
