Electricial Service Technician (Journeyman) - (Davenport, IA)

POSITION DETAILS: JOURNEYMAN'S LICENSE REQUIRED Background: Residential and Commercial Under general direction, a Service Department technician provides leadership and general supervision of work involved in the construction, maintenance, and/or repair of commercial, industrial, or residential electrical construction projects. The Service Department Technician is responsible for the profitable completion of assigned tasks and/or projects by determining and applying proper operational procedures, and through the planning, management, and coordination of labor, material and/or equipment. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees small and medium residential and commercial projects. Complete project layout, supervises and leads projects. Ensures projects are within estimated labor hours and within budget. Supervises and mentors small groups of Journeymen and/or Apprentices on projects. Supervises and complete service work orders and collects payment upon completion of work order.
