The photos do not do it justice. It’s beautiful, over the top ornate. It would be perfect for the dresser with a vintage black and white of someone dear to your heart. Seems to be in great condition. I can’t tell if paint has come off in spots on the back or if it is just the finish? It could be sprayed any color, I would leave it like it is. 11” tall Window fits a 3.5 X 5 photo.
