Garden Cat Planter Holder Outdoors Indoors Cutie - $13 - (Vancouver, WA)

Hi, I purchased this new at a Garden Center about 15 years ago. I never used it and it has been in a container in the garage since. It is a cute Cat that could be holding a small planter. It has a few areas where the coloring was scuffed, you can see this in the photos of his left arm. Underside a bit of scuffing, also photo showing this. He really is a cutie, thanks for your time.
