1944 JAYNE (COTTER) MEADOWS, ROLAND YOUNG, MARGARET LINDSAY "ANOTHER LOVE STORY" - $18 - (Eureka Springs, AR)

Frederick Lonsdale's comedy ANOTHER LOVE STORY marked the second Broadway appearance of JAYNE MEADOWS, here still using her birth name, Jayne Cotter. The show starred ROLAND YOUNG and MARGARET LINDSAY, and the supporting cast included Philip Ober (Vivian Vance's husband at the time), Arthur Margetson, Doris Dalton, Henry Mowbray, Richard Barbee, Fred Irving Lewis, Augusta Dabney (wife of Kevin McCarthy), and Fay Baker. Produced by Louis Lotito at the old Fulton Theatre (which was born the Folies Bergere, was later renamed the Fulton, renamed again in honor of Helen Hayes, and finally demolished to make way for a hotel) for a run of 141 performances. Staged by Lonsdale. The playbill is in fair to good condition, though it is sturdy and intact. There are exterior shmutz and wrinkling, as well as some dogeared corners.
